Serving the Texas Affordable Housing Community

 

Unified Housing Foundation, Inc. (UHF) is a non-profit organization that offers quality, affordable apartment homes for low to moderate-income individuals and families at fourteen communities throughout Texas. We offer a range of programs and social activities to enrich our communities and our residents’ lives!

 

In 2022 alone, UHF helped over 1,500 residents with affordable housing discounts, senior discounts, or financial assistance. Because of our Affordable Housing Program, we were able to help approximately 1300 residents with monthly rent discounts. We gave approximately $25,000 per month in rent rebates to over 200 seniors. Our Financial Assistance Program helped 4 deserving families with $5,600, in financial assistance. We provided 2500 residents with after school programs, ESL, and resident activities too numerous to count.
